Warning Sirens in Black Hawk County

BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IA (CBS2/FOX28) - Alarms will be sounding in black hawk county Wednesday but don't worry, it's only a test.
The Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier reports that the outdoor warning system will sound at 11 in the morning.
It will continue for three full minutes.
Emergency Management Officials are asking neighbors to call their office at (319) 291-4373  as soon as you hear the siren so they can be sure it's working properly in all areas of the county.
If there is a threat of severe weather, the test will be postponed.
