Homeless Man Accused of Sexual Assault

IOWA CITY, IA (CBS 2/FOX 28) -- A homeless man is accused of sexually assaulting a woman and assaulting a man while holding a knife.
    The woman told police that she was sleeping when she woke up to 44-year-old Rudolph Edwards on top of her.   
    She says he was holding her neck with one had and was trying to take off her clothes.
    The woman kicked Edwards away but he chased her into the hallway where a man tried to stop him.
    Edwards punched the man multiple times.
    He is facing charges of Assault, Going Armed with Intent, and Trespassing.
