Iowa City Woman Faces Charges After Hitting Boy With Wrench

IOWA CITY, IA (CBS2/FOX28) -- An Iowa City Woman is facing serious charges after she allegedly got in an argument with a man and ended up hitting a juvenile with a wrench.

27-year-old Stephanie Fisher faces sever charges including felony going armed with intent. The incident happened in an apartment off of Highway 6 East.

Fisher allegedly gathered several weapons inside her apartment including a knife, golf club and wrench.

She then threw the items and missed. When she missed the man, the boy was hit by the wrench.

She remains in Johnson County Jail.
