House Lawmakers Ready to Sue President

WASHINGTON, D.C. (CBS2/FOX28) - Politicians in D.C. are moving forward with a lawsuit against President Obama.
House republicans say he has overstepped his constitutional authority by selectively enforcing parts of the Affordable Care Act.
They say its congress job to make or change laws.
On Wednesday they approved a resolution on the suit which means the GOP can now file that lawsuit in a federal court.
President Obama and house democrats continue to call the move a "political stunt" and say it will just waste time and cost millions in taxpayer dollars.
