House Delays Recess Over Border Crisis

WASHINGTON, DC (CBS 2/FOX 28) -- The House of Representatives has delayed their August recess until a compromise can be reached on the border crisis.
House lawmakers are in a stalemate.
A vote on the nearly $700 billion to address the border crisis didn't happen because it does not have enough support from Republicans.
More than 50,000 young people from Central America have crossed the border since October.
The house will discuss the problem further tomorrow morning.
