House Republicans Looking to Sue President Obama

AUSTIN, TX (CBS2/FOX28) - The president is making some bold statements about the Affordable Care Act.
Last week, he said "So sue me" after more republicans spoke out against the law; and it looks like that's what they're doing.
Members of the house have filed a lawsuit against the President, saying he violated the constitution by making the bill a law.
In a statement, House Speaker John Boehner said The president changed the healthcare law without a vote of Congress, effectively creating his own law by literally waiving the employer mandate that's not the way our system of government was designed to work."
On Thursday the President aired his frustrations.
The White House is calling the suit a political stunt.
The Republican-led House is expected to vote on a resolution for legal action at the end of July.
