Former Waterloo Teacher's Appeal Rejected

WATERLOO, IA (CBS 2/FOX 28) -- A former Waterloo teacher accused of innapropriate conduct with a minor is heading to prison.
An appeal for Larry Twigg was rejected today.
Police say Twigg convinced a 17-year-old student to play strip video games and participate in other inappropriate acts in 2009.
Twigg was sentenced to two years in prison but postponed his sentence by filing a bond to keep him out of prison while he waited for his appeal.
