Shots Fired in CR, Man in Custody

CEDAR RAPIDS, IA (CBS2/FOX28) -- Cedar Rapids Police arrested a man following a report of shots fired on the southeast side.  Officers were called to 1435 5th Avenue SE shortly after 4:00am Friday morning for a report of gunshots. 
   Investigators found a home was hit by four of the bullets.  No injuries were reported.
   While investigating, authorities say they spotted two people acting suspicious.  One of them, 19-year-old Christopher Torres, was taken into custody after officers reportedly found a sawed off rifle in his possession.
   Torres is charged with Unauthorized Possession of Offensive Weapons, Carrying Weapons, and Possession of Firearms and Offensive Weapons by Felons.  Torres is currently being held in the Linn County Jail.
