Unemployment Rate Rises in May

DES MOINES, IA (CBS 2/FOX 28) -- The number of Iowa residents without a job increased slightly last month.
          The state Workforce Development Agency says the state's Unemployment Rate increased to 4.4% in May.
    That's up from April's rate of 4.3%.
    The state is still well below the National Unemployment Rate of 6.3%.
    Currently, more than 74,000 Iowa residents don't have a job.
