Man Arrested For Cameras In Port-A-Potty

DUBUQUE, IA (CBS2/FOX28) -- A man accused of putting video cameras in a portable restroom in Cascade has been arrested.

The Dubuque County Sheriff's Office says 48-year-old Donald E. Born, of Solon, turned himself in Wednesday at the Dubuque County Jail. Born has been charged with two counts of trespass, and was released after posting $300 bond.

The cameras were found June 3rd in a port-a-potty near a baseball field in Cascade, while teams from Solon and Cascade middle schools were playing.

The Johnson County Sheriff's Office helped the Dubuque County Sheriff's Office in this investigation. Johnson County executed a search warrant on June 10th at Born's home. There, they seized items capable of storing digital media. The items sized are still pending examination.
