California Fires Turn Deadly

San Diego, CA (CBS 2/FOX 28) - The wildfires in California have now turned deadly.
Police say one person was found burned to death in a homeless camp, near the city of Carlsbad - about fifty miles north of San Diego.
There are nine fires in California, burning out of control; the one in San Diego is the largest.
Years of drought combined with strong winds and near triple-digit temperatures, created the perfect conditions for wildfires.
Authorities say, they're doing all they can to stay prepared for the rest of summer.
Authorities still don't know how the blazes started but they do say they think they could have been started intentionally.
Calmer winds and cooling temps are expected to continue through the weekend, making it a little easier for firefighters to do their job.
