Mubarak Convicted of Embezzlement

Cairo, Egypt, (CBS 2/FOX 28) Early Wednesday morning, a Cairo court convicted Egypts ousted president of embezzlement.
Former President Hosni Mubarak will spend the next three years behind bars for the crime.
The court also convicted Mubaraks two sons of embezzlement and sentenced them each to four years in prison.
The men used millions of public dollars to upgrade their family homes.
The money was supposed to go toward renovating presidential palaces.
Mubarak has been in custody at a military hospital and because of his health, he will likely serve his time there.
Mubarak was ousted in 2011 after nearly 30 years in power.
