Dubuque Man Gets Probation for Bus Attack

Dubuque, IA (CBS 2/FOX 28) - A former Dubuque school board member has been punished after authorities say he got into a fight with a bus driver.
In 2012, 51-year-old George Davis got aggravated with a bus driver who was parked in his way.
Reports say Davis pounded on the hood of the bus and confronted the driver.
Yesterday, a judge gave him two years probation for criminal mischief and trespassing.
The judge said that the reason he gave him probation was because Davis was an active member of the community.
Davis has apologized for the incident.
