UI Student Expelled for Sexual Misconduct

IOWA CITY, IA (CBS 2/FOX 28) -- In a big move following the implementation of University of Iowa's fight against sexual assault, a student has been expelled for sexual misconduct.
    U of I officials confirmed that the expulsion resulted form a pattern of predatory behavior that involved an act of forcible fondling on two occasions.
    The expulsion follows the introduction of UI President Sally Mason's six-point plan to combat sexual assault.
    The University is *not releasing the name of the student.
