Judicial Audit Review

The Iowa Attorney General's Office will take a look at a controversial report on the Sixth Judicial Department of Corrections.
The state auditor released the report in January, claiming the department misused thousands of dollars.
The Sixth Judicial Department of Corrections serves several eastern Iowa counties, including Linn and Johnson.
Linn County Attorney Jerry Vander Sanden today requested the state office review the report.
He says he can't do it himself because of a conflict of interest.
