Waterloo Frozen Fire Hydrants

   The cold temperatures have frozen some Eastern Iowa fire hydrants.
   The Waterloo Fire Department tells CBS 2 News at least four hydrants are not working tonight (February 27th) because of frozen water.
   City workers thaw out the hydrants when they are found, using electrical currents or a torch.
   The city has more than 3,000 hydrants.
