Heating Bills Expected to Rise

CEDAR RAPIDS (CBS 2/FOX 28) --
   Heating prices in the company could soon reach record highs.
   Experts say heating bills could rise as much as 20% in January alone.
   The Energy Information Administration says it expects 90% of people across the nation to pay higher heating bills throughout the winter.  It says bills could jump as much as 23.5% in the Midwest.
   Most homeowners will likely feel the sting, no matter what type of energy is used to heat the home.
   Prices are expected to rise on everything from electricity to natural gas to propane.
