Bone Marrow Donor Registration Held For Colorado Boy

NEWHALL, IA (CBS 2/FOX 28) -- Some  in the Corridor rolled up their  sleeves today to help someone they  don't even  know.
    A group called delete blood cancer hosted a bone marrow donor registration in Newhall.
    It's part of  an effort to find a match for 16 - year - old  - Lukas Larsson from Castle Pines, Colorado.
    He has  a very rare blood disease and his mom, a former Iowan is best friends, with Andrea Weber, who ran the event.
    If you'd like to  become a marrow donor, you must be between the ages of 18 and 55, in  good health and willing to donate to any  patient who is  a match.
