Pham Accepts Plea Deal

CEDAR RAPIDS (CBS 2/FOX 28) --
   A Cedar Rapids man accused of shooting his neighbor pleads guilty to lesser charges.
   44-year-old Joseph Pham pleaded guilty to intimidation with a dangerous weapon and reckless use of a firearm charges.
   He now faces seven years behind bars.
   Pham was originally charged with attempted murder, but the charges were dropped after a mental evaluation.
   Pham admitted to shooting a Brian Wilson's home in 2012.
   Wilson was shot three times.
   Pham is set to be sentenced in February.
