Target Security Breach

MINNEAPOLIS, MN (CBS 2/FOX 28) - Federal authorities are investigating a security breach at one of the country's largest retail stores.
   Target is now confirming the breach that involves stolen credit and debit card information.
   Target says that 40 million accounts were affected.             
The hackers targeted stores beginning on November 27th through December 15th.
   Investigators believe thieves stole the data from credit card machines in almost all of the almost 1,800 Target stores nationwide.
   If you shopped at target during those days, be sure to keep a close eye on your credit report in the next few months.
   Target is also asking you to call them at 1-866-852-8680.
