Two People Injured in Highway 30 Crash

LOWDEN, IA (CBS 2/FOX 28) -- Two people are recovering tonight after an early morning crash on Highway 30.
    The Iowa state Patrol says that a 19-year-old crossed the center line and hit another car driven by a 61-year-old near Lowden around 4:20 this morning.
    The 19-year-old was airlifted to University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
    The 61-year-old was also taken to the hospital to be treated for her injuries.
    Both people involved have not been identified and their conditions are unknown.
    The crash is under investigation.
