Lundell Elected as Coralville's New Mayor

CORALVILLE, IA (CBS 2/FOX 28) -- Voters Tuesday night elected John Lundell to become Coralville's new mayor.  He replaces long time leader Jim Fausett who announced he would not seek another term.  Lundell has served on Coralville's city council since 2003 and has lived in the city since 1980.  He is the Deputy Director of the University of Iowa Injury Prevention Research Center.  He's previously served as a volunteer firefighter in Coralville and Director of Iowa City Transit from 1980-2000.
