UPDATE: Charges Dropped in Twigg Trial

The former Waterloo teacher accused of improper conduct with a student is no longer facing charges.
Larry Twigg was charged with several counts of sexual exploitation from 2008.
A former West High student claims Twigg asked him to play strip video games to "make up class points."
Jury selection began earlier this week for Twigg's second trial, after his first conviction was overturned.
According to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier, a judge today threw out both of the accusations, because the victim was 18 years old and not a student at the time of the incident.
