IA Senator Agrees With Immigration Reform Delay

Washington lawmakers now say immigration reform should not happen before the end of the year.
House Speaker John Boehner has announced he will not hold formal, compromise talks on a Senate-passed bill.
He wants to deal with the issue step-by-step instead of all at once.
The Senate bill provides citizenship for 11 million immigrants living in the U.S. illegally and tightens border security.
Senator Chuck Grassley says he agrees with the decision to split the bill into pieces.
"There's more than one way to skin a cat.  The goal is what we're after.  We're after securing the border," said Grassley.
Grassley voted against the immigration reform bill.
He says he wants stricter border security before citizenship issues are involved.
