Google Applies for "Electronic Skin Tattoo" Patent

   A potential innovation could someday change the way people use electronic devices.
   Google is now applying for a patent on an "Electric Skin Tattoo."
   It goes on a person's throat using adhesive and communicates with smartphones, gaming systems, and tablets by reading electricity conducted by the skin.
   Officials say it can also be used as a lie detector.
