Arrest Made after Late Night Pursuit

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (AP) -- Police say officers have arrested a man who led officers on a late-night chase in northern Cedar Rapids.
   Authorities say 49-year-old Donald Miller fled from officers around 10 p.m. Thursday. Miller was later arrested about a mile from where the chase started.
   Police say Miller is charged with driving while barred, intent to manufacture methamphetamine, theft, operation without owner's consent, hit and run and attempting to elude. He also was cited for speeding and failing to heed a traffic control device.
