FEMA Recalls Furloughed Workers

Tropical storm Karen is expected to hit the Gulf Coast as early as tomorrow and emergency crews are getting ready for impact.
Safety officials in many states are flying double red flags at beaches to warn of dangerous rip currents.
In response to the seriousness of the storm, the White House says FEMA is bringing back workers that had been furloughed during the shutdown, including the hurricane liason team.
The storm is expected to hit anywhere from Louisiana to Florida, briging heavy rain, flooding, and high winds.
Officials say they will recall more workers if necessary.
