   While the shutdown continues, many people are turning to banks for answers.
   Both furloughed and working customers are asking how to control their money.
   Financial experts recommend finding the areas where you can temporarily cut expenses, like cable, internet, and subscriptions.
   You can also prioritize monthly bills to make sure you pay th eones first that can hurt your credit, like credit cards and utilities.
   Experts say to avoid touching your retirement funds, though, except as a last resort.
   Another way to cut back on expenses, stopping deb reduction and savings plans until cash is flowing again.
