Supergroup Signs Joint Statement on Syria

OFFICE OF THE PRESS SECRETARY (CBS 2/FOX 28) -- The United States and ten other counties issued a joint statement on Syria. Condemning the Assad regimes use of chemical weapons, countries are calling for a strong international response. The statement explicitly supports the efforts undertaken by the United States and other countries to reinforce the prohibition on the use of chemical weapons.

Additional countries expressing their support against the use of chemical weapons are welcome.  In total, twenty-five separate countries are on-board with this international reform.
