Fast Food Service Slowing

CEDAR RAPIDS (CBS 2/FOX 28) --
Fast food may not be so fast anymore.
An annual study shows the average drive thru time is now eight seconds slower than last year.
Experts say that comes from busier drive thru lanes and more complex menu items and services.
The slowest chain, by the way, was Chick-Fil-A.
   The fastest was Wendy's.
