CR Keeping Splash Pads Open

CEDAR RAPIDS, IA (CBS 2/FOX 28) -- Cedar Rapids Parks and Recreation will keep the city's splash pads open another week due to another warm stretch of weather.  The pads were scheduled to shut down Sunday night for the season.  But with temperatures inching near triple digits Monday, city leaders made the decision to keep them open the rest of the week.
The splash pads are located at  Cedar Valley Park, Cleveland Park, Daniels Park, Hayes Park, Hidder Park, Jacolyn Park, Noelridge Park, Redmond Park, Time Check Park and Twin Pines Park.
