Man Sought After Deadly Crash

TIFFIN, IA (CBS 2/FOX 28) -- The Iowa State Patrol has released a photo of a man they want to talk to after a deadly crash over the weekend.  He is 34-year-old Carlos Benlanga-Cardona.  Authorities believe he was in a truck involved in a crash on Highway 6 and Jasper Ave. near Tiffin on Saturday.
Authorities want to talk to Benlanga-Cardona to get additional information on the collision.  They are asking him or anyone who knows where he is to contact the Johnson County Joint Emergency Communication Center at (319) 356-6800.
Authorities are still investigating the Saturday crash that killed 48-year-old Troy Liddell of North Liberty and 50-year-old Kelly Rae Liddell, also of North Liberty.  Two other people in the vehicle, 50-year-old Todd Liddell and 48-year-old Martha Ann Liddell were taken to University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics for treatment.
A passenger in the truck that hit the Liddells, 31-year-old Juan Moreno of Iowa City was also hurt.  The driver of that truck fled the scene and has not been located.
