Police: Man Held Family at Gunpoint

IOWA CITY, IA (CBS 2/FOX 28) -- Police say a Cedar Rapids man held a woman and her children at gunpoint while robbing them.  28-year-old Joel Zamora is accused of False Imprisonment, Assault and Burglary in connection with the case.
Investigators say it happened around 11:30am on Monday.  Court documents say Zamora and another individual entered the woman's apartment located at 4494 Taft Avenue and pointed a gun at her head.  Zamora allegedly asked where the money was.  The victim reportedly pointed out her purse after the suspect allegedly pointed the gun at her three children.
Police say Zamora told the kids to go into another room and count to 100 before taping the woman's hands and mouth.
Zamora is now in the Johnson County Jail, his bond has not been set.
