Ohio Women Strangled to Death

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) --
An Ohio coroner has concluded two of three women whose bodies were found wrapped in trash bags last week were strangled.
The Cuyahoga County medical examiner's office on Friday released the manner and causes of death of the women. The coroner determined 18-year-old Shirellda H. Terry and 38-year-old Angela H. Deskins died from ligature strangulation; 28-year-old Shetisha D. Sheeley died from "homicidal violence by unspecified means."
The three deaths were ruled homicides.
Police found the bodies in a dilapidated East Cleveland neighborhood after responding to a call about a foul odor.
Thirty-five-year-old suspect Michael Madison is in custody facing preliminary charges of aggravated murder and kidnapping. He's a registered sex offender who served four years in prison beginning in 2002. He has no attorney listed in the county.
