5 Years Later: A Mayor's Take

CEDAR RAPIDS, IA (CBS 2/FOX 28) -- Five years ago today, the waters of the Cedar River reached their highest level in recorded history.  The then unthinkable flood of 2008 inundated hundreds of city blocks in Cedar Rapids, crippled the city's infrastructure and destroyed so many homes and businesses.
Now as the city continues the recovery effort, Mayor Ron Corbett looks at all they've accomplished in five years and what still lies ahead for the City of Five Seasons.
