Updated: Friday, June 27 2014, 11:17 PM CDT

SPRINGVILLE, IA (CBS2/FOX28) – The journey home for a Cedar Rapids Marine killed in action happens on Saturday as he arrives first at the Eastern Iowa Airport.

Corporal, Adam Wolff, was killed on June 20th in Afghanistan. The Patriot Guard has been working since Wolff’s death to make sure his final trip to his hometown of Ottumwa happens with the honor he deserves.

They invite anyone who can come to stand along Wright Brothers Boulevard near the Eastern Iowa Airport tomorrow around 10:30 in the morning to show honor and support for Wolff’s family as the riders take him home. Signs and flags are welcome.

Wolff's visitation will be Saturday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. at Reece Funeral Home.
His funeral is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. in the afternoon on Sunday in Ottumwa.
Flags across Iowa will fly at half-staff in honor of Wolff until Monday.
