CEDAR RAPIDS (CBS 2/FOX 28) -- The U.S. Marshals Service Northern Iowa Fugitive Task Force is seeking the public's assistance in locating Charles Franklin Unertl Jr. Unertl is wanted by the Linn County Sheriffs Office for Sex Offender Registration Violation. Unertl is described as a white male, 54 years old, 507 tall, 150lbs, brown hair and blue eyes.  Last known address was in Coggon, IA.

The U.S. Marshals Service Northern Iowa Fugitive Task Force is also seeking the public's assistance in locating William Arthur Rudd. Rudd is wanted by the Linn county Sheriffs Office for Probation Violation stemming from a Sex Offender Registration Violation. Rudd is described as a black male, 44 years old, 601 tall, 245 lbs, black hair and brown eyes. The last known address for Rudd was in Cedar Rapids, IA.

Anyone having information on the whereabouts or information leading to the arrest of Unertl or Rudd should contact the U.S. Marshal Service in Cedar Rapids, IA at (319) 362-4411 or the Linn County Sheriffs Office at (319) 892-6100. Callers can remain anonymous and the information provided will remain confidential. The U.S. Marshal Service routinely works with local law enforcement agencies in locating and arresting fugitives.
