CEDAR RAPIDS, IA (KGAN/KFXA) -- The U.S. Marshals Service Northern Iowa Fugitive Task Force is seeking the public's assistance in locating Timothy Alan CLINTON.  CLINTON is wanted by the Linn County Sheriff’s Department on multiple felony warrants for Contempt of Court, Domestic Abuse, Interference with Official Acts. CLINTON is described as a white male, 53 years old, 6’03 tall, 200 lbs, bald, and blue eyes.  CLINTON has tattoos on his chest, left arm, left breast, and left arm. CLINTON has a history of assault, possession of controlled substance, interference with official acts, domestic abuse, criminal mischief, and theft. The last known address for CLINTON was in Cedar Rapids, IA.

RUPE is wanted by the Linn County Sheriff’s Department on multiple warrants for Failure to Appear and Conspiracy to Manufacture Meth. RUPE is described as a white male, 40 years old, 5’11” tall, 170 lbs, blonde hair, and blue eyes.  RUPE has a tattoo of “Kayla” on his left wrist, tattoo of moons on his left arm, smiley face on left calf, “Kelley” on his right wrist, joker on upper right arm, and swastika lightning on upper left arm. RUPE has a criminal history involving indecent exposure, theft, possession of controlled substance, and forgery. RUPE has a history of burglary, forgery, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, and possession of controlled substance. The last known address for RUPE was in Cedar Rapids.
