- Do 2-3 workouts per week that are dedicated to strength training lasting 60 min to 90 min
- Perform total body strength workouts using multi joint movements
- Do 2-3 cardio sessions per week lasting 20-40 min while keeping the intensity high most of the time
- Eat your desired body weight times 10 in calories to lose 2 lbs per week or add 500 calories to the first number for 1 lb per week
